Rick Nashleanas
Rick combines his experience from his multiple successful startup companies along with his advertising and marketing background to bring the combination of high tech and high customer service to every customer.
Monarch Digital is Rick Nashleanas's third startup. Rick and his wife, Pat, founded Eden Systems Corporation in 1985 to provide mainframe software solutions to Fortune 500 companies. After launching a series of successful software products sold through distributors across the world, Rick and Pat sold Eden Systems to the German firm Case Consult in 1996.
Rick then founded Monarch Technology Management LLC in response to Eden Systems' former customers' requests to work with Rick on a variety of consulting engagements. Monarch Technology evolved into a private recruiting firm, placing specialized technical and sales professionals for large software projects and purchases.
In 2003, Rick's experience in advertising called him back to his roots and he created Monarch Digital as a DBA of Monarch Technology.
