Competitive markets. For many local professions, like attorneys or dentists, the competition online can be ruthless. In Lynn Olney’s case, someone is online searching for a family law attorney. They might be searching on divorce, child support, child custody, adoption, child abuse or child neglect. Often, the first attorney that the visitor finds and trusts online is the person they will call.
To get the top organic (unpaid) search results in these competitive markets requires a great deal of manual labor to keep on site blogs up to date, to create inbound links and to continually tune the technical site parameters. Not only do these efforts cost a great deal to set up and maintain, but the best you might be able to do is simply appear at the bottom of the first page.
Advertising with the personal touch. Monarch Digital implemented a unique Google advertising campaign for Lynn. Lynn has found that once he can actually make voice contact with someone seeking family law advice, he had immediately help and connect with the person. They often then become a client. So, Monarch advertised Lynn’s practice only at the times when he can actually talk to a prospective client voice to voice.
Personal service is a hallmark of Lynn’s practice. When a visitor clicks on Lynn’s Google ads, we wanted to personally introduce Lynn, allowing the visitor to experience Lynn’s professionalism and empathy.
Meeting Lynn online. On Lynn’s various landing pages, we display video of Lynn explaining his practice in online video. Of course, we continue to emphasize calling Lynn’s office rather than filling out an online form. Monarch shot and produced this video in our studios and we had the video online within several days of the shoot.
