What’s the best way to sell 300 acres of land and water rights? The internet, of course!
Susan Myers needed a web destination for this great opportunity for a wide variety of buyers: farmers, real estate developers, water rights investors and more. Sue came to Monarch to find an effective, professional, yet economical way to create a web site quickly to present all the details of this valuable property.
Monarch was able to customize and enhance an existing Drupal to discretely portray the farming and water available on the property. Monarch kept costs down by modifying an existing theme rather than developing an original customized theme.
Monarch folks trained Sue on how to modify the web site anywhere. At the same time, Monarch was integral in creating original copy and layouts for the various pages. Sue relies on Monarch to develop more involved page layout.
Even though the site was developed very quickly and was very economical, the Judge Orr Estates site includes a number of advanced features:
- Spread the word - Immediately send a referral email to a friend
- Google maps - Interactively locate the property on the site
- Share/Save - Share any page immediately on your Facebook, Twitter or other social network
