Natalie Lamberton, Haxtun HospitalI'd like to thank you for coming to our facility to film for the BETR Project. You were so easy to work with and my employees and I had a good time sharing our facility with the BETR web site visitors.
High Definition video refers to any video (on TV, computer, or disc) that is of higher resolution than standard definition (720px x 480px). High definition has been around since the 1980s; however only recently has it become a house-hold term, due to the decrease costs of HD plasma and LCD television sets, and the government's requirement for all over-the-air TV to be switched to digital on February 17, 2009. Simply put, high definition video is clearer, more vivid, and sharper than standard definition video.
