City of Colorado Springs
The City of Colorado Springs relies on their Drupal website as a primary information gateway for residents, businesses, and visitors. Monarch Digital has been the trusted technical partner behind that platform for years.
Initially brought in to resolve targeted issues on an existing site, Monarch’s role quickly expanded into a long-term engagement focused on re-engineering the core architecture, improving content governance, and reducing operational friction across departments.
Colorado Springs Airport
For the COS Airport, Monarch Digital designed and built a custom, dynamic flight map that shows nonstop and seasonal destinations to and from Colorado Springs.
The solution was designed to be fully self-contained, allowing airport staff to update routes quickly without relying on third-party APIs or external data services.
Pueblo County
Monarch Digital partnered with Pueblo County to modernize their legacy Drupal 7 website, which had become increasingly difficult to maintain.
The upgrade to Drupal 10 included a refreshed design, improved accessibility compliance, and streamlined content management workflows to better support a large volume of public-facing content.
Monarch continues to serve in an advisory and support capacity, working alongside the County’s internal development team.

Texas Education Agency
Monarch Digital led the successful upgrade of the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) Drupal platform to the latest major version, strengthening the site’s security, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Texas Gateway
Texas Gateway serves teachers, parents, and students across Texas with instructional resources aligned to TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) standards. Monarch Digital enhanced the platform by implementing a dynamic AI-powered search experience designed to improve resource discovery at scale. The system intelligently surfaces relevant materials based on structured educational metadata and user intent.
By integrating AI capabilities into Drupal without compromising architectural integrity, Monarch helped Texas Gateway deliver faster, more accurate access to standards-aligned content. The result is a smarter, more responsive platform that supports educators and families in navigating a complex body of educational resources with clarity and efficiency.

National Education Policy Center
The National Education Policy Center (NEPC) at CU Boulder uses Drupal for its platform for publishing policy reports, academic reviews, podcasts, and blog content.
Monarch Digital has supported and maintained the NEPC site for many years, ensuring the platform remains secure, stable, and up to date with the latest Drupal best practices.
As part of our long-term partnership, Monarch recently implemented a comprehensive site archive system, allowing NEPC to generate downloadable, self-contained archives of their entire website. This ensures their publications and institutional work remain accessible and preserved for the future, regardless of platform changes.
Air Force CyberWorx
Monarch implemented a modern, user-centered WordPress redesign for AF CyberWorx, the U.S. Air Force’s innovation hub focused on solving complex cyber and operational challenges across government, industry, and academia.
The new design improved clarity and usability while ensuring the flexible structure needed to support diverse content, events, and project documentation for stakeholders ranging from military operators to industry partners.

Access Products
Access Products serves government agencies across the country, providing printer supplies and office products within a complex landscape of contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance requirements. Monarch Digital designed and implemented a custom Drupal ecommerce platform specifically to support these unique operational demands.
Monarch developed a custom NetSuite integration that synchronizes products and customer data between the ecommerce platform and Access Products’ ERP system. The result is a scalable solution gives Access Products the flexibility to serve government clients efficiently while maintaining strict operational control.
STS Consulting
